Gymnastics Party Details

General Policies

• Hosts can arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled party start time to set-up the reception room. Please do not arrive earlier.
• Guests should be instructed to arrive 5 minutes before the party start time to ensure they are ready to play right on time!

Deposit and Payments

• At the time of booking 1/2 of the party rental fee is due as a deposit. 
• 50% of the deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the originally scheduled party date. After that the deposit is non refundable.
• 30 days before your party the balance payment will be collected through the account on file.
• All parties canceled less than 3 weeks before the date of the party are non-refundable and is not eligible for credits.

Final Head Count

• Final guest count is due 2 weeks prior to your party. Any additional children (over the 15 children included in the party package) will be billed at $10/child.. We count any child who is out of the arms of their guardian and/or on the blue gym floor. Siblings/babies who will not enter the gym space will not be counted. Adults are free!
• If additional children are in attendance on the day of the party that were not counted in the final head count, the billing method on file will be charged accordingly.
• Please note the reception area is only able to comfortably accommodate 20 children.

Late Exit Fee

• It is imperative to the services that land directly before and after your party that you do not arrive early, and that the facility is exited on time. It is the hosts responsibility to ensure guests leave promptly.
• A late Exit Fee of $10 plus $1/minute will be charged after your 10 minute grace period. Specific times and dates for your party will be included in your email confirmation.
